الشروط والأحكام

1. على المستأجر دفع مبلغ 500ریال كتأمين مسترجع و سيخصم منه في حالة حصول أي تلفيات في محتويات الشقة من قبل العميل أو مرافقيه.

2. على المستأجر مراعاة السلوك والآداب الإسلامية خلال فترة تواجده في الشقة، و عدم السماح بإقامة أية أشخاص آخرين من غير المرافقين له مع الإلتزام بالهدوء و عدم إزعاج الآخرين حرصا على الراحة العامة.

3. المستأجر مسؤول عن كامل ممتلكات الشقة و يجب عليه المحافظة عليها، و في حالة تلف شيء من الممتلكات فيجب عليه دفع التعويض المناسب الذي تقرره الإدارة و لا يحق للمستأجر تحويل العقد إلى شخص آخر.

4. التأكد من إغلاق التكييف و الإضاءة و الأجهزة الكهربائية عند مغادرة العميل للشقة؛منعا لحدوث أخطار -لا سمح الله- و سوف يكون مسؤولا عنها.

5. يتم دفع قيمة المكالمة بعد الإنتهاء منها مباشرة على ألا يستعمل هاتف الشقق في أغراض مخالفة للسلوك والآداب، و إلا سوف يتحمل المسؤولية في حالة مخالفته.

6. يختلف الإيجار خلال أيام العطل والإجازات الرسمية "المواسم" عن إيجار الأيام العادية و يتم الاتفاق عليه مع الإدارة.

7. موعد الخروج في تمام الساعة 2 ظهرا (الثانية ظهرا)، و إذا تأخر عن ذلك تحسب عليه أجرة يوم كامل.

8. يتم دفع قيم الإيجار مقدما.

9. في حالة تغيب المستأجر بعد إنتهاء العقد بثلاثة أيام، يحق للإدارة فتح الشقة و التصرف فيها و رفع ممتلكات المستأجر إلى المستودع دون أدنى مسؤولية على الإدارة و يعتبر العقد لاغيا.

10. الإدارة غير مسؤولة عن فقدان الأشياء الثمينة الخاصة بالمستأجر داخل الشقة.

11. ليس للمستأجر الحق في استرداد قيمة الإيجار في حالة المغادرة قبل انتهاء المدة المتعاقد عليها.

12. في حالة رغبة المستأجر في تجديد المدة أو إخلاء الشقة عليه إشعار الإدارة بذلك قبل إنتهاء المدة بفترة مناسبة.

13. يعتبر العقد لاغيا في حالة الإخلال بأحد الشروط المذكورة و للمسؤول الحق في إلغاء العقد دون إبداء الأسباب .

1. The tenant must pay an amount of 500 riyals as a refundable deposit, which will be deducted from it in the event of any damage to the contents of the apartment by the client or his companions.

2. The tenant must observe Islamic behavior and etiquette during his stay in the apartment, and not allow any other people to reside other than those accompanying him, while adhering to calm and not disturbing others, in order to ensure public comfort.

3. The tenant is responsible for the entire property of the apartment and must maintain it. If any of the property is damaged, he must pay the appropriate compensation decided by the administration, and the tenant has no right to transfer the contract to another person.

4. Ensure that the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances are turned off when the client leaves the apartment, to prevent dangers from occurring - God forbid - for which he will be responsible.

5. The cost of the call will be paid immediately after completing it, provided that the apartment phone is not used for purposes that violate good behavior and morals, otherwise he will bear responsibility in the event of his violation.

6. The rent during holidays and official holidays “seasons” differs from the rent for regular days and is agreed upon with the administration.

7. Departure time is exactly 2:00 pm (2 p.m.), and if he is late than that, he will be charged a full day’s wages.

8. Rental values are paid in advance.

9. In the event that the tenant is absent three days after the end of the contract, the management has the right to open the apartment, dispose of it, and remove the tenant’s belongings to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management, and the contract is considered void.

10. The management is not responsible for the loss of the tenant’s valuables inside the apartment.

11. The tenant does not have the right to recover the rental value in the event of departure before the end of the contracted period.

12. If the tenant wishes to renew the term or vacate the apartment, he must notify the administration of this an appropriate period before the end of the term.

13. The contract is considered void in the event of a breach of one of the aforementioned conditions, and the official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.
