الشروط والأحكام

1. على الموجر تسليم الاستراحة متكاملة ونظيفة وبدون اي ملاحظات او اعطال .و يسلم المؤجر الضيافة للمستاجر عند دخول الاستراحة .

2. موعد الخروج فترة النهار (3عصرا) ( ) ......... موعد الخروج فترة المساء ( 3 صباحا ) ( ) و إذا تأخر عن ذلك لاكثر من ساعه تحسب عليه أجرة يوم كامل .

3. يتحمل المستاجر كامل المسؤولية القانونية امام الجيران وجميع الشركات من مقدمي الخدمة للاستراحة امام الجهات الامنية عن كل ماينتج من استخدام الاستراحه في امور غير نظامية وتخالف الشرع والاعراف خلال فترة التاجير سواء كان منه شخصيا او من ضيوفه , ويمنع الذبح نهائيا بداخل الاستراحة او امام الاستراحة واذا تم وجود رائحة او اي اثر للذبح سوف تتخد الادارة القرار اللازم وسوف يتم دفع التعويض الذي تقررة الادارة

4. يوقع المستاجر قبل دخول الاستراحة على محضر استلام ومحضر تسليم عند المغادرة. مع عدم نقل اي جهاز من مكانة .

5. المستاجر مسؤول عن كامل ممتلكات الاستراحة و يجب عليه المحافظة عليها، و في حالة تلف شيء من الممتلكات فيجب عليه دفع التعويض المناسب الذي تقرره الإدارة .

6. يدفع المستاجر العربون 1000 ريال عند الحجز ويدفع مبلغ الايجار كاملا قبل موعد دخول الاستراحة ويسترد مبلغ التامين 1000 ريال بعد تسليم الاستراحة بدون ملاحظات .و يحق للمؤجر فتح ودخول الاستراحة بعد ساعه من موعد خروج المستاجر (حسب العقد) والتأكد من سلامتها وعدم وجود اي نقص او تلفيات في محتوياتها قبل استرداد قيمة التامين

7. لا يحق للمستاجر بتحويل الايجار الى شخص اخر الا بموافقة خطية من المؤجر ( واذا ثبت ان المستاجر قام بتحويل الايجار لطرف اخر دون موافقة المؤجر يعتبر العقد ملغي ويحق للطرف الاول الرفع للجهات المختصة).

8. يختلف الإيجار خلال أيام العطل والإجازات الرسمية "المواسم" عن إيجار الأيام العادية و يتم الاتفاق عليه مع الإدارة.

9. في حال انقطاع الكهرباء والانترنت من المصدر لا يتحمل المؤجر اي تعويضات او تكاليف عن هذا الخلل.

10. يعتبر العقد لاغيا في حالة الإخلال بأحد الشروط المذكورة و للمؤجر الحق في إلغاء العقد دون إبداء الأسباب .

11. المؤجر غير مسؤول عن اي مفقودات تخص المستاجر او ضيوفه , وعلى المستاجر ازالة اي شئ يخصه او من طرفه , ويحق للمؤجر اخراجها , خارج الاستراحة دون ادنى مسئولية

12. ليس للمستاجر الحق في استرداد قيمة الإيجار في حالة المغادرة قبل انتهاء المدة المتعاقد عليها.

1. The tenant must pay an amount of 500 riyals as a refundable deposit, which will be deducted from it in the event of any damage to the contents of the apartment by the client or his companions.

2. The tenant must observe Islamic behavior and etiquette during his stay in the apartment, and not allow any other people to reside other than those accompanying him, while adhering to calm and not disturbing others, in order to ensure public comfort.

3. The tenant is responsible for the entire property of the apartment and must maintain it. If any of the property is damaged, he must pay the appropriate compensation decided by the administration, and the tenant has no right to transfer the contract to another person.

4. Ensure that the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances are turned off when the client leaves the apartment, to prevent dangers from occurring - God forbid - for which he will be responsible.

5. The cost of the call will be paid immediately after completing it, provided that the apartment phone is not used for purposes that violate good behavior and morals, otherwise he will bear responsibility in the event of his violation.

6. The rent during holidays and official holidays “seasons” differs from the rent for regular days and is agreed upon with the administration.

7. Departure time is exactly 2:00 pm (2 p.m.), and if he is late than that, he will be charged a full day’s wages.

8. Rental values are paid in advance.

9. In the event that the tenant is absent three days after the end of the contract, the management has the right to open the apartment, dispose of it, and remove the tenant’s belongings to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management, and the contract is considered void.

10. The management is not responsible for the loss of the tenant’s valuables inside the apartment.

11. The tenant does not have the right to recover the rental value in the event of departure before the end of the contracted period.

12. If the tenant wishes to renew the term or vacate the apartment, he must notify the administration of this an appropriate period before the end of the term.

13. The contract is considered void in the event of a breach of one of the aforementioned conditions, and the official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.
